Nuoc Cham Sauce (Vietnamese dipping sauce)

2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Thai red chilies, thinly sliced
NOTES: I like mine spicy! You may want to bump the heat down and only use 1 chili.
Mix all the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved.
