Smokey Maple Coffee Spice Rub

1 tblsp coffee, finely ground (espresso grind)
1 tblsp smoked paprika
1 tblsp maple brown sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp ground cinnimon
NOTES:
Mix all ingedients. Store in an air tight container in cool dark closet or drawer.
