Jalapeno Cheddar Bread (for a Bread Machine)

½ cup finely diced jalapenos, roasted, seeded and diced
1 tsp salt
¾ cup water
¼ cup brine, from the pickle jar
3 cups bread flour
1½ tblsp sugar
1½ tsp bread machine yeast
1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
NOTES:
Add ingredients in order listed above.
Combine water and jalapeno juice a heat up until about 110 degrees.
Use regular bread setting, medium crust, 3lb loaf.
Add cheese in final mixing before proofing stage. (This keeps the cheese from being too integrated into the bread and more of a pockets of cheese style).
