Ingredients:
4 or 5 ripe bananas
½ cup brown sugar
vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
¾ cup milk

Directions:
Slice the bananas into discs and mix with the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg, set aside.
Melt the butter in a oven safe skillet or cast iron pan, set aside. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt and milk. Pour the batter over the melted butter (don't stir), now spoon the banana mixture on top, bake 40–45 mins. Let rest 10 minutes.
