Crock Pot Short Ribs

2 ½ lbs beef short ribs
1/3 cup flour
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
¼ cup butter
1 onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ chili sauce
2 tblsp ketchup
2 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tblsp garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup flour

NOTES:
Coat the ribs with the flour/pepper/salt.
Brown each rib side in a very hot pan, then place the ribs into the crock pot.
Mix everything else together in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over the ribs inside the crock pot.
Set the crock pot to low and cover. About 9 hours later they should be fall-off-the-bone goodness!
