Bulgogi Marinade
Bulgogi Marinade
(Makes enough for 1½ lbs meat)


2 green onions, sliced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tblsp sesame oil
2 tblsp gochujang
1 tblsp sesame seeds
3 tblsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup water


NOTES: Traditional beef bulgogi: slice thinly 1½ lbs ribeye.

 

Mix all ingredients together. Add protein and marinate for 2-6 hours.
