Roasted Red Pepper & Walnut with Feta Pasta Salad

1 red pepper, roasted and julienned
1 head of garlic, roasted
¾ cup walnuts, roasted with garlic or toasted
1 lb pasta, penne, cooked al dente, allow to cool
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tblsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
NOTES:
In a large bowl mix your pasta with the olive oil, roasted garlic, red peppers, blue cheese, red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar, walnuts. Great picnic salad.
